The procedure should be the same as mine ('05)
First, remove the bolt at the rear of the passenger seat then carfully press down on the front and lift on the back while sliding the pad forward. The front of the pad has a "keyhole" that slides over the bolt that holds the front seat on. You will feel it "pop" then lift up and rearwards to remove the pad.
To remove the front seat, remove the bolt at the back of the front seat lift the back of the seat a few inches and pull rearwards. There is a "tounge" on the seat pan that slides into the square part of the frame.
