per my Official Triumph Service Manual T3850902 Issue 9, 11.2002 page 5.8 Installation note 6,

Install the clutch cover bolts in their original locations, ensuring the clutch cable mounting bracket is correctly positioned. Tighten all bolts hand-tight then go around and tighten to 9 Nm (all except Speedmaster) or 12 Nm (Speedmaster).
