Well no luck. He said that some of the VIN numbers have a stipulation placed in which the dealer can replace them with no questions. I've got the AI removed and jetting correct. He told me that the new ones that I would get from him are a lot better about staying chrome. Triumph realized they had a problem, and have changed the process of how they are made. The stealer even gauraunteed me that they wouldn't blue. "Right until my warrenty is up." Owell it was worth a shot. I'm' not paying $400 for a new pair of headers. I can deal with a little blue/gold action. Gives it personality.
