That was Rune Dahlen, user name Dahla.
I went to the Eagle Riders shop here in St Charles to meet him when he picked up his Harley for the trip.
I got there at 9 am and they told me his flight had been delayed into New Orleans and they were running about 6 hours late.
Anywho, I had to get to work and didn't get a chance to wish him well on his way.
He said something about going to Springfield, IL so I don't know if he was heading west at all.

sorry I didn't get there on time. I hoped you got the message, it would have been cool seeing you there.
Right now I'm actually on Flagstaff in Arizona. We've traveled west from St.Louis and from here we've will most likely leave the 66 and go to the grand canyon. From there we will gop to las vegas, and then go to san fransisco and do the highway 1 to los angeles! 
And I'm not a part of that group. but we've some people who have run in to them. Terry Wrinkle (a guy who runs a route 66 shop told us that he had a couple of norwegians in for breakfast)
