I think what they are saying, and do not consider it a loophole, is they never signed up for an endorsement. If biking isn't covered they said you could pay more to have it covered. Well, if you did not buy the endorsement you are not covered. Pretty simple contract law if you ask me.

I am not saying thats the case at all. Just saying I have not read the loophole or about those that suffered for it. I think AMA wants biking covered without additional premiums paid for it.
