I guess I could say the same for British-USA in S. Houston, Tx, but I learned that by showing up a lot around there they started recognizing me. I talk to other customers that may be asking questions about these bikes, and of course I'm only going to have positive things to say about them, so I'm not hurting their sales any.

B-USA happens to be one of the most well-stocked accessory and motorcyle equipment/clothing stores I know of, so in a lot of ways, they ARE the only show in town. I buy a few things now and then, and when in the mood, or when the right party is behind the counter, I get discounted pricing. But I don't ask for it. I would not walk in to a restaraunt and expect to pay less than menu price, either.

I am glad B-USA is there, and the health of the dealership is in my best interest. I would be almost as lost without that store as I would be without this forum!

I burned that dealer bad on my sales survey TRIUMPH sent me after buying the bike in 2004, but that was all on the p-o-s salesman that was not even working there by the time I got the survey. The store has really increased stocking levels of general merchandise since then, and carries good quality stuff, too. It is nice to drop by and "browse" when I can, and sit on the new bikes and such.

I swore the place off once, but they have made up for it. I just had to be there for that to happen.
