Well, back then (February 04), for the exhaust I was running Bub "Dresser-Dogs" (I had modified them with more fibreglass packing material - tightly wound around the inner baffles - with a layer of hardware cloth around that before reinserting back into the pipe). Then I installed (that is, "rivited in") a small restrictor/reducer at the exit point to tone it down a bit. Then, I was running "The Freak" airbox elimination kit with K&N air filters. Then I was running 158 main jets, stock pilot jets, and 3 turns out on the air screws. That's my memory of it.
The Bub "Dresser Dogs" have since been discontinued. The closest sound to those old pipes (and perhaps better) are the Staintune Slashcuts with the restrictors in.
