As the old saying goes, you don't need a license to have kids, just to drive or fly!! Just like the mom who left her son in the car in 94 degree heat recently while she worked a shift (the result was all too predictable, the son is now dead), and then put him in a trash bag under the sink really makes me think sometime...
Oh, heck with thinking, just turn the child over to someone else and lock these people up. At least the child would then have a chance to live!!!
