I worked in the Needles Dist, Canyonlands National Park from 79-81. Once I stopped a guy on a dirtbike, properly geared up from head to toe, sitting in front of him (as pictured) was his little daughter wearing shorts and a tank top. He didn't "get it" . I only hope she survived to adulthood.
