 been trying to contact bikebandit.com about an order i placed 3 weeks ago, they will not reply, lost their phone#, did'nt think i'd need it,,,,, is this a legitimate company?????? 
some people are like slinkies, they serve no purpose, but, they bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

my order took a while also...but it did show up.
If you log onto the web site there should be a statusfor your order.
