DeShain Green, 28, of Woodbury, was heading east at about 12:45 a.m. when his Suzuki motorcycle struck the rear of a car near the Philadelphia entrance of the bridge, said John Miller, a spokesman for the Delaware River Port Authority.
Green was pronounced dead at the scene, Miller said. Authorities had not determined whether Green was exceeding the speed limit of 45 m.p.h., Miller said.
