I'm not sure if it's the same one I got pictures of (the Army emails us all gory accident reports all the time hoping to make us act sane when we're off duty), but it might be. The truck driver heard a thud and saw the remains of a rice-rocket fly past his cab - the pictures show the rider dangling from his own helmet, which was firmly embedded into the truck's rolldown door.
