Don't beat yourself up - Within a few miles I went to get off mine without putting the stand down when I parked outside my dealers - luckily I managed to keep it from touching the ground before 2 onlookers came over and helped me back upright. Incredibly embarressing... especially when I realised everyone in the shop was also watching my antics...
I've found though that I'm highly unlikely to do it again now
