The rain suit I use is a $29 jewell from Wally World. It's been through some real rain storms and has served well. The Frog Toggs are very good, but as stated - Get them on sale ($39 sounds fair if you can find them. One thing for sure - You don't NEED to spend $75 and up. Get something with good stitching, lined so it's comfortable _ keeps you feeling cooler because your skin isn't stuck to the suit, vented - again cooler, and finally easy to get on and off.
