So, if I'm understanding this right, arcing the solenoid bypasses it, the relay and obviously the starter switch, so it could be any of the three.

Thanks for the help. I'm going to let the dealership figure out which one between the relay, solenoid or starter switch it is. I don't have a voltage meter (yet) and the wife doesn't want me messing with the electrics anymore as the bike is still under warranty.
