They had a similar article in our local paper this week too. they mentioned denver's stock/oem only law and the 80db @50 ft and another city that says silence at 200 ft. never mentioned stereos or trucks. all it takes is a handful of obnoxious poeple and a handfull of complainers and the cities will crackdown. the subject of the sat setting standards so it won't be so confusing for riders to know what is legal where but that would require all the cities with ordinances to adopt the standards and first off agree. until then anything goes.
