For those of you with high BP, there is a product out in GB and soon to be out in the US called SOLO Low Sodium Sea Salt. It is supposed to tast the same as salt but with about 60% less sodium. I am anxiously awaiting its arrival here. 
99% of the time I don't add salt to anything (usually enough in restaurant food or even natural salt), but if I do, I prefer the taste of sea salt.
