Nope, I'm not monitoring at home. I should get myself a machine. I stop in at the grocery store once in a while. The meds I am taking are really working good for my BP. Maybe it is a matter of my pressure dropping more and faster than what my body is use to.
I need to call the doc about a refill in the next few days, maybe I'll see about a lower dose or something different. He's the mechanic (and been a good one), so I trust his opinion.
