the point of my post originally was that i couldn't wait until the last ten seconds unless i cancelled the workshop i was administering. i sorta knew i'd be sniped but at the same time held on to all hope that i wouldn't.
i put in a bid that i figured was high enough. but never the less, the automated OR sniped OR programmed proxy bid was 2 over me at the last few seconds. i probably could have beat him if i had been at the comp watching the auction. (i have high speed). just frustrating that i didn't.
love the 15 minute rule that we talked about earlier. like you can't bid on an item in the last 15 minutes if you haven't bid before.
