Phone rings, you pick up, theres about a 5 second delay, then an automated voice says, "Please hold for an important message".





I get them at work...I put them on hold and when the joker on the other end picks up he/she hears a canned "your call is important to us please hold... blah, blah,blah" then we watch to see how long they wait...hey sometimes we're pretty bored at work...
