My recollection indicates this problem surfaces most frequently in G.B. I suggest warpage may be due to excessive humidity (FOG). Try a dryer climate...

Just kiddin'. I have the same problem with car brakes - No matter what car I own. Actually,I think it's driving habits
coupled with the fact that rotors just aren't made to handle the heat - Maybe too thin, maybe should be vented.
