I ordered the Shoei TZ-R last night, as the local Cycle Gear did not have the color (Silver) in my size. Also, I noted that some in-stock helments can be as much as 2 years old, so I made sure they ordered mine from the distributer and not another store.
Note, I have an oval head and it fit me. The X-11 also kinda fit but was twice the price, but the mid-priced R-1000 did not fit at all (it seemed to be for round heads only).
I hope the airflow is sufficient, because it sure is a nice fit and looks to be of great quality.
