He's lucky he was not from Minnesota or Wisconsin, we shoot dumb wounded animals who wander in front of cars to put them out of their misery!
Now, I suspect highly that is not politically correct but this kid should get stuffed and so should the guy for putting it on the net. They should both be charged. But then again maybe it's that "natural selection" theory....?
