90%+ of my riding is commuting on HOV, 60-70 mph typical.
I usually run 3500+ rpm in traffic so I can move if needed.
Did 650 mile round trip recently, Triumph summer screen, one up, light pack. All freeway, 70-72 mph most of it, 4200 rpm avg, avg 47 mpg.
