Personal or as you guys call them "vanity" plates. I was refused one on my import twice because some seat warmer deemed that it may be considered offensive. When I gave up trying to put it on a car I tried my Triumph. Two weeks later I received a letter informing me that because it was a name it would be and extra $450.00. What did they think I wanted to put on it? Perhaps a random alphanumeric sequence! That one comes with the vehicle registration you a$$hats
