I looked up the law in jersey- it says, literally, "issue not addressed" I take this to mean a cop could ticket you if he feels like it, and catches you doing it. What irritates me is when cagers use the space around you but in your lane, just because you are not taking up the whole space a cage would. some dufus did it just this morning....
