I literally just got done installing the taller bar. (My 7 year old son did the touring seat
) I had read in another thread that everyone liked the shorter one, and I agree it may be nicer looking. That said, I am glad I got the tall one. I plan on doing some longer solo rides requiring gear, rides with my daughter, and with my wife. I'll appreciate the extra height for all I'm sure. Even the tall bar is not very tall at all in my opinion. Worst case, you could probably cut it down if you didn't like it.
