There is no reflection of the bike in the SUV behind it. What you're seeing is the reflection of something, the dash probably, inside the vehicle in which the picture is being taken. You can see the line extend off the SUV down onto the side mirror of the "host" vehicle. Besides, there's no way from the photographers POV that the bike could reflect in the back window of the other SUV. It's just not possible. The angles are all wrong.
And as far as the bike reflection in the pipes, the fender CURVES AWAY from the pipes. From the POV of the photographer, the rear fender couldn't reflect all the way up the pipes.
