Well I finally took my speedy back to the dealer and they fixed the front end wobble. It seems to have been caused by a combination of an unbalaced front tire, misaligned rear tire and they reset the front forks in the triple tree . Now it runs great,I can let go of the bars , do a head stand on the seat and eat a snow cone without any problems.
