Not sure how we would qualify this against thier total imports but BP did import Middle Eastern oil (in 2002 anyway) to the tune of about
6.5 billion barrels (scroll a little over half way down). I can't see how that could have changed dramaticaly.
BP is also no a saint as they have plenty of
skeletons in their closet.
