I park in the (un-heated) garage every night. No problems with condensation. first thing I do before storing it is change the oil and idle it for a few minutes, lube the chain, put it up on the jack, wheel it close to the wall and plug in the battery minder.
I usually end up tinkering on it over the winter so the gas gets drained and burnt in my pick-up. I just top it up with fresh fuel when riding season is near.
