A key for using a cover is placing your bike on a carpet or pad to prevent moisture from teh ground and cement from rising up and codensing on your bike surfaces.
I couldn't figure out why my bike was wetter under the cover than stuff without, placed a carpet under it and realized the cement was the culprit.
