If it means someone with a disability can keep riding then I can concede there's a market (probably cheaper than getting their own bike triked).
If it means you qualify to get out on 2 .. er .. 4 wheels (!!!) because you have driving license restrictions, then, I MIGHT just not throw rocks at you ...
(I suppose if you wanted a bike then you could always get off your a$$ and do the test like the rest of us!)
