We (friend & I ) already did that on her '96 Impala SS. We discovered the same platform Buick Roadmaster had a feature to flash the headlights on lock/unlock but in our Chevy's that wasn't enabled. First week we owned the car, the seats were stripped out, we connected a few wires and enabled that feature. She just shakes her head now when I break out the soldering iron!
