I bought by first bike approx. one week ago. It's a beautiful 2004 black bonnie. The guy that sold it to me said he lost the steering lock and suggested that I replace it. 1) I'm having trouble finding the part online. Do I need to go to a Triumph dealer? 2) Do I really need to worry about the lock or are their better alternatives? I'm going to use the bike to commute to work (at a college campus in a med. sized city) and will leave it parked for eight hours or more a day.
Any thoughts?
