I think you should try contacting again. If indeed you ordered a particular part then you should get it. What does your order receipt say, btw? Maybe it's just a mis-communication. Use the email that's in his site, don't respond to your email receipts.
Brent has been great with me....i'm still waiting on some parts/accessories though. I want to make another order, but am hesitating until i get the other stuff.
