That doesnt sound right. I cant imagine that as long as you didnt open and use it that Brent wouldnt exchange it.
If you got the wrong item you got the wrong item. If its the wrong item in the wrong packaging take a pic and send it to them.
Then again, Im not Brent and I dont know how your communication has gone.
I can say Ive gotten excellent service and have had no problem with one return and one exchange.
