I just recently had an item show up damaged, then a few days later I went to install another item I had for a week or so and found it was damaged.
Sent Brent an email and got a reply quickly (next day). Resolutions in process and I might add...very accomodating.
Send a reminder to him. Im sure he'll at least give you a status.
