On Sunday afternoon whilst returning from the Bulldog Bash on the M40 a fellow biker was shot with a single shot to the head. What god forsaken BAST*RD would do this and for what reason. The guy was only 30 years old and a Hells Angel. Bad reputation but I know a lot of guys from various Chapters and they are not the bad ars*d people they are made out to be. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his loved ones and may the perpetrators of this horrble crime be brought to justice.
Back to biking fanatic. Current model BA02 & Suzuki GSX R600 Alstare Corona Extra . UK based.Mechanically improving and loves to play (with bikes as well)

Last I heard, the HA were having a feud with at least 2 other clubs. Chance are it was either a member of a rival club or just some nutter trying to make a name for himself. Either way, here's hoping they catch him.

Well my earliest recolection of the "angels was me and my brother as children (maybe 7 or 8) sitting on a bench behind our house and a bunch of "bikers" came running out of the alley behind the local shopping center. It was the "angels" fighting a local chapter of the "pagans". They had chains and knives and as some of the "bikers" ran past us one of them stopped for a moment and said "what the F are you looking at punk" and proceeded to spit on us. Now I've been in my share of trouble as a youth and my share of fighting as an adult (job related) but if a bunch of adult men choose to run around acting like nothing more than immature adolescents then I have a hard time feeling bad for them. I'm sure some of them may be good people but going around wearing gang colors or names should be left for the lost and troubled teenie boppers.

'Angels' doesn't normally describe some of these guys. It's not nice to go like this but eh, live by the sword, die by the sword ..

Several of my friends are HA and 1 in particular makes cheese cakes for fancy resturaunts. It kills me when I think of what all those rich people would think if they knew a short Italian cigar chewing HA covered in tatoos made their dessert.
I learned all I need to know about life by killing smart people and eating their brains. Eat right ,Exercise ,Stay fit, Die Anyway!

While murder usually sucks, as it likely does in this case, I don't generally count patch holders amongst my "brothers." I would never disrespect them outright, but just because they ride two wheels doesn't mean they walk in the same world as me. This poor chap may have been salt of the earth, but there's a certain amount of karma involved when you associate yourself with that subculture. My only concern is that the law is enforced and justice is done. Beyond that it has no significance to me whatsoever.

Seconded John. Now that a 20+ annual year bike meet has been drawn to the attention of the country, just wait for the governments 'Department of Knee-Jerk Reactions' to ban bike rallies where more than 3-4 bikes collect ....

sounds like the ending of Easy Rider.
That sucks though. Bad rep for all of us when one does something rotten.
