If you increase the displacement you'll have to increase air and fuel availability to match. Many of the riders here have increased their jet sizes to match free flowing modifcations (both intake and pipes) with good results, look at the dyno charts from the recent NH rally and see how those compare to your current equipment setup. Then cruise to the tech vault and get the calculator & check out the Jenks Carb Pdf guide for a better understanding.
