Nightmare on the holiday front!!! I should have departed these shores last Friday. The weekened before, I was doing a job at my wife's house which took longer than expected and therefore resulted in: 1. Me feeling guilty about leaving my wife with no garden wall(!), 2. Me getting bitten to buggery by insects of some sort resulting in being covered in, what can best be described as weaping sores over my legs!!!, 3. Too much work to leave alone for two weeks!!
(I went back this weekend with trousers on to cover the legs and ended up getting more weaping sores on the arms )
I will be trying to get away for a couple of 2-3 day breaks over here plus knocking off the occasional day for a ride-out.
I was really looking forward to 'doing' Italy and will definately try, if not later this year (September?), next year.
Either way, if you can make the planned Euro meet, that would be great.
