It was a really great time yesterday. I felt extremely comfortable after the first class and can't wait to go again next weekend. Being a first time rider - it was tough having them tell you "Anticipating the stop during the test will cost you points" for the quick stop portion. It didn't bother me too much but come on...I've only been riding for 4 hours.
I also think I need new boots...the Cat boots that I have are so thick that I'm having trouble feeling the shifter on my foot. I think I'm going to buy another steel toe but a bit thinner. I guess its also something that gets better in time.
Its going to be nerve-wracking taking the test w/ all eyes on me. I actually feel more comfortable when not being watched (which I guess makes sense). Hopefully I pass without any problems. Then - its off to pick up my new bike from Steveh.
