Yeah.. listen to Becky, Mark. Small claims court is good also. You can file yourself w/o an attorney and if you win the judgement(or if he doesn't show up for court) then the judge can order the sheriff or PD to serve him and also order restitution. At least that's how it works in OK. Good luck.
