I agree. If you get paid in pounds and pay for things in pounds it works out about even. Things that cost 10 dollars in the US cost 10 pounds in the UK. So for someone in the US to buy a 10 pound item, yes it would cost us double but for someone in the UK, it's still just 10 pounds.
