Swap the good coil to the bad side (just 2 wires) and run plug to that side. See how it runs. Do the same with the popping side coil and see how the good side runs. This will tell you if you have a bad coil or not. However, if you have good spark on both, I suspect a vacuum leak somewhere. Replace 4 squirrel condoms, and tighten the clamps on the intake rubbers like previuosly stated.
