Tell them to ride it and fix it. Do not take this response from them....If needed, threaten them with the Consumer Affairs board and the state Atty General. They will tow the line then. No way is it right if it wobbles so bad you feel unsafe, and be sure to use the phrase "It feels unsafe to ride" Be sure to get copies of all work orders and that you told them you feel it is unsafe on them.
