Hi guys after visiting our local Triumph shop i noticed the Triumph logo on the cap above the risers anyone here fitted them to their Speedy or America

Now why would you say that? They it looks real good on Case's old bike.

I saw that cap on a used 2002 standard Bonneville I was eyeing (Mr. Never Satisfied, I am) at cycletrader.com and I wondered if the spacing matched our America's...because I want a that for my baby!

That I don't know. Worst case scenario you'd need the T-100 cap and risers. You could try PMing Case, but I don't think he hangs out here anymore.

I looked at that too and the holes in the riser cap will line up with the holes in your risers but your risers are thicker and will leave a lip exposed that the cap doesn't cover. You could remove material from your risers and polish or paint to make the cap work. I used 4 1/2" tall Hardley risrs with 1 1/2" pull back then modified and mounted a pewter lapel pin that said Triumph in the Triumph script to the cap similar to that T-100 except it's a pin in old style script.

i belive member jaymo54...has done this mod to his bike send him a PM...he did this back 2003

i'm currently running America bars and risers on my Speedmaster atm so the height of the risers wont bother me at all local shop wants $112 for the cap&$76 "each" for the risers thats the bit i have trouble getting around

I sed it cause I was just teasin...I should have used one of these too

Islandbum, I'd keep an eye on rat.net classifieds for some unfortunate person who totalled their bike, or someone who bought a basket and is parting it out. That is probably the bestest cheepest

islandbum...I can not be 100% sure but I dont ever remember seeng a T100 riser that did not have the lettering (but I am also not as well versed in the other models as some).
I beleive the part #s Bikebandit uses are the same as Triumph OEM. Maybe you can get the part # from a local dealer and reference it. You could also check with Bike Bandit customer service
