My thoughts exactly Ray. As we know their purpose is to attend the inaccessible scenes where the conventional ambulance will struggle such as remote or congested RTAs, or indeed rescuing the occasional delinquent rambler or rock climber. As you say hopefully not, but you never know if you might end up relying on these guys someday…
