I just received my new half helmet from Head Trip and just in time for my annual two wheeled sabbatical. All I can say is what took me so long. This thing is half the weight of my old half helmet and more compact. Rather than a skid lid it is DOT approved and is actually comfortable to wear. If you're looking for a good light weight half helmet, but something more than a novelty item check them out.
