Well dude, It seems to me you're now talkin' 'bout a whole different kind'a seam here. But, I suppose the seam I'm talkin' about here COULD be "cosmetically enhanced", per se.
In fact, I recall somebody very recently around here doing away with it, and they posted pics of their "surgery" in the Custom Forum.
BUT, still in my estimation, it should come from the factory sans seam.
